Shipping Policy

SHIPPING FEE & ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL (ETA)

We have partnered with Gdex Express for all our deliveries within Malaysia. Below are the shipping fees:

  • West Malaysia: RM 8
  • East Malaysia: RM 18

Please note, WITHOUT currently only ships within Malaysia.

Working Days do not include weekends (Saturday – Sunday) or public holidays. Additional time may be required for deliveries to outskirts and remote regions. While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, we are not responsible for courier delays. However, we will take responsibility for any damages caused by the courier.

If your parcel does not arrive within the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA), please contact us within 2 working days at without.worry.skincare@gmail.com. We will coordinate with the courier company to provide further details.

Please be aware that parcels not collected within 7 days of attempted delivery will be returned to us. If your parcel is returned, you will be responsible for covering the second shipping fee. Contact us before this happens to avoid additional costs.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via Whatsapp and email. WITHOUT typically ships orders within 3 working days. If you do not see the notification email in your primary inbox, please check your Junk/Spam folder.

You can track your order using the tracking number provided through our tracking system (link). If you are unable to track your order, please contact us at without.worry.skincare@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +601153283988 or +60145063988. We aim to assist within 1-2 working days.

 

FREE SHIPPING

Enjoy free shipping on orders of RM 180 or more.
*This offer is only available for deliveries within West Malaysia.

 

SHIPPING FEE DEDUCTION

For orders of RM 180 or more, enjoy a RM 8 deduction on shipping fees.
*This offer is only available for deliveries to East Malaysia.

 

SELF-COLLECTION / SELF PICK-UP

Currently, WITHOUT only offers postage and does not support self-collection or self-pick-up.

 

ORDER & PARCEL STATUS

You can check your order status by logging into your account.

  • Unfulfilled: Your order is still being processed.
  • Fulfilled: Your order has been shipped, and you will receive the tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

 

PEAK SEASON OR PROMOTION PERIODS

During peak seasons or promotional periods (e.g., Hari Raya Aidilfitri, Chinese New Year, Christmas, 10-10/11-11/12-12, Black Friday, etc.), shipping may take longer due to the high volume of parcels handled by courier companies. Please anticipate potential delays during these times.
