Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Our refund policy is straightforward to ensure your experience with us is as smooth as possible.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Refunds are only accepted if the product you received is defective. If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately. You’ll need to provide proof of the defect along with your purchase invoice. We will respond to your request within 24 working hours.

Due to the nature of our products, and for hygienic and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been shipped. This policy applies to all orders with no exceptions.

If your package arrives damaged, or if you receive incorrect or defective items, please contact us. We can offer a replacement for your order or issue a refund in the form of store credit. This refund will include the total price of the item and the shipping fee (only for orders within Malaysia).

Once your request is approved, any replacement will be shipped within 48 hours.

We do not provide refunds for general dissatisfaction or allergic reactions. We always recommend patch testing before using any product.
