2. Key Definitions
- Account: Your personal account needed to place orders on our site.
- Customer: Anyone who places an order on our site.
- You: Any individual using our site or services.
- Product: The items we sell on the site.
- Services: Includes customer support, order processing, delivery, and more.
- Order Confirmation: Email confirming your order submission.
- Working Day: Weekdays excluding weekends and public holidays in Malaysia.
3. What You Can’t Do
Don’t misuse our site or any related services. This means no criminal activities, transmitting harmful software, hacking, data corruption, annoying other users, or unauthorized promotions. Such actions violate the Computer Misuse and Cybersecurity Act 2013 and will be reported to law enforcement.
4. Terms of Sale
4.1 Account Registration
To place an order and access member benefits, you need to register an account. Ensure your information is accurate and up-to-date. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
4.2 Formation of Contract
Information on our site is an invitation to treat, not an offer. A contract exists only when products are shipped to you. An order confirmation will be sent once you place an order, acknowledging your acceptance of our terms.
4.3 Price and Payment
We strive for accuracy, but errors can occur. If there’s a pricing mistake, we’ll contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel the order. If we can’t reach you, the order will be canceled and refunded. Payment is processed upon order confirmation and must be authorized by your card issuer.
4.4 Mistaken Orders
If you make a mistake with your order, contact us at enquiry.without@gmail.com within 24 hours. We’ll do our best to assist, but once processing begins, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
4.5 Refusal of Order
We can withdraw products or make changes to site materials at any time. If we need to refuse an order after confirmation, we’ll refund any payment made. We’re not liable for any issues arising from these changes.
5. Delivery
We aim to deliver your product within the stated delivery time. If there are delays or issues with your delivery address, we’ll contact you. We’re not responsible for delays caused by the courier or if you provide incorrect address details.
6. Cancellation by Customer (Non-Faulty Product)
You can cancel an order within 24 hours of submission or before payment. Orders are processed quickly, so cancellations after this period might not be possible.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns are only accepted for defective products. Contact us immediately with proof of defect and your purchase invoice. We will respond within 24 working hours. For hygiene reasons, we don’t accept returns or exchanges once products are shipped. Refunds are issued as store credit for Malaysia orders or replacement items.
8. Vouchers
Promotional vouchers can be used during checkout. Vouchers are valid for a specific period, can’t be used with other promotions, and don’t accrue interest or have cash value. We’re not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers. Vouchers and member points can’t be transferred and are subject to specific conditions.
9. Disclaimer of Liability
Our site’s content is provided without warranties. We aren’t liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the site, including any inaccuracies or failures.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WITHOUT and its affiliates from any claims or damages arising from your use of the site or breach of these terms.
